Former DOH USEC. Dr. Maria Francia Miciano-Laxamana, MD, MHSA, CHS

Dr. Maria Francia Miciano-Laxamana, MD, MHSA, CHS, who previously served as the Undersecretary for the Department of Health (DOH) in the Philippines, has taken on a new role as the Executive Consultant for HQ Company Special Energy Philippines. This position marks a shift from her extensive background in public health and government service to a strategic role in the private sector, particularly in the energy industry.

As the Executive Consultant, Dr. Laxamana is expected to bring her vast experience in health systems, policy development, and leadership to HQ Company Special Energy.
